My husband and I just bought our first house last year, with the help of Stephanie and Andrew. From day one to closing day, the Lees made every step so effortless for us. Their easygoing and energetic personalities turned what is a rather stressful experience, into something fun. They were so helpful and attentive to our “wants” for our home. From the start, they set up our own listing link to view homes on the market within our criteria. Every time we saw a new listing, Stephanie was set up a tour immediately. During tours, Stephanie and Andrew pointed out certain features of the house (good and bad), price points for updates, etc. They also listened my husband and I going back and forth about what we liked and didn’t like, then updated our search criteria based on our comments. When we went to put in an offer, they were ON IT! One of of them was with us at the house, and the other was waiting for the call to send in the application and call the lender. Lightening fast teamwork. In the end, we closed on our dream home and ended up becoming good friends with Stephanie and Andrew. They truly care about you, and genuinely want to get to know you as a person/couple, not just as a home buyer. We have already recommended them to our friends. THANK YOU BOTH!!
