How many homes should I look at before I make a decision?

It's a case by case situation and dependent on how you know what you want. Part of our process is to help you work through that. Dependent on the area of town, price and features you may have to make a decision quickly due to how fast homes are moving as the market is forever evolving.

How is Andrew & Stephanie different from others in our field?

Besides our experience level (since 2005), we take pride in developing strong relationships which supports our business model. In our model we do business typically by referral. Instead of investing thousands of dollars in endless marketing we focus our energy on our past clients. Our reputation is truly driven by our clients satisfaction. If you not happy neither are we!

How do your fees work?

As a real estate company, we work on a commission basis. This means that we only get paid when a property is sold. The commission is typically a percentage of the sale price and is between the buyer's agent and the seller's agent., We understand that commission rates can be a concern for some clients. That's why we are always open to discussing commission rates and finding a solution that works for everyone involved. Our goal is to help you buy or sell your property with the least amount of stress as possible.

How do I get started?

Simply give us a call or shoot us an email. Once we talk and find out a bit about you we will set a time and place to meet. At that meeting we will uncover a few things. Are we a fit? Whats your want and needs are? Can we meet them? Process for buying or selling? Answer any additional questions.
